On October 3, 2022, Governor Sununu sent two units of the NH National Guard to the Mexican border. This isn’t the first time that he has done that. From October 2020 to November 2021, our National Guard was on the Mexican border. During that time they apprehended $893 million in drugs. 

Why is our national guard going down to the border? 

What are they doing with those drugs? 

Are they really destroying them? Or are they selling them in New Hampshire? 

Why do we have such an opioid problem in New Hampshire? How are all of those drugs getting to New Hampshire?
