at YDC, the NH state youth correctional facility, over 1,000 people came forward. Very little has been done to rectify the abuse. The taxpayers have paid off the abused, but the state or the governor is not being held responsible. This occurred over 30 years. It had to have been known. We need to stand up for the kids here.
